The PIF-regulated control system, for the temperature control, consists of the thermal coupler, temperature controller and controllable silicon trigger and features its evenness and precision of control. The staying time of furnace materials can be set by changing the rotation speed and slant of the furnace tube on the basis of the process requirements. The gases in the furnace chamber can be customized as hydrogen, ammonia or air.
