The two processes, degreasing and sintering, can be performed within one furnace. With stable output quality, the furnace body employs a horizontal structure with water-cooling jacket. Other parts of the machine include the front and back doors and built-in airtight furnace flue, which reduces the pollution and achieve even temperature in the furnace. The degreasing effects are optimized due to the configuration of the multi-stage degrease system and special grease collector. The system also features its negative pressure introduced into the furnace in the process of sintering, programmable pressure and flow and high degree of automation.
